I partner with Mentaya to help you use your out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. If I’m not in network with your insurance, you can use this tool to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. To help make therapy more accessible while maintaining a sustainable practice, I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale appointments. Please don't let cost deter you from reaching out. Also, please note that your Health Savings Account may be used to pay for therapy services.
