I conduct virtual sessions in a private, and secure space. I use a fully HIPAA-compliant tele-health platform, which means the software I use meets the strict legal standards set by the U.S. government to protect sensitive patient health data from being leaked, stolen, or seen by anyone unauthorized. That said, with anything at all that is done online, there is a small level of risk.

You will need access to a phone, computer, ipad/ tablet that has audio and video capabilities, as well as a reliable internet connection for tele-health sessions. It is also very important that you a secure and private location to ensure that you are comfortable and safe.
