I partner with Mentaya to help you use your out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. If I’m not in network with your insurance, you can use this tool to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

I do reserve a limited number of sliding-scale appointments to help make therapy more accessible. Please don't let cost deter you from reaching out. Also, please note that your Health Savings Account may be used to pay for therapy services.
